My Experience

Trained and certified in reformer, cadillac, chair and advanced mat work through the STOTT Pilates Certification Program.

Teaching experience in both groups and one-on-one sessions through the Calgary Pilates Center, Junction 9 Yoga & Pilates, Club Pilates, Core 360, Varsity Natural Health Center, and the Alberta Health Services Workplace Wellness Program: Rockyview General Hospital, Center 70, and the Peter Loughheed Centre in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Pilates NorthWest, my private studio, is now located at The Varsity Clinic in Calgary. I teach private sessions and classes in-person. Private sessions include mat, reformer, stability chair and arch barrel. All classes are on the floor and use a Pilates foam mat.

We have a wonderful studio space at The Varsity Clinic in Calgary where we do in-person Pilates sessions for $95.00.

Morning Mat Pilates

Recover your core strength and flexibility with beginner/intermediate pilates and yin yoga exercises.

Seniors Pilates

Improve your balance, strength, flexibility, and coordination with effective sitting and standing pilates exercises.

Wednesdays 12:30 - 1:30 pm
Wednesdays 1:30 - 2:30 pm

Core for Life Pilates

Build your core strength to maintain an active lifestyle into your later years with intermediate pilates exercises.

Thursdays 5:15 - 6:15 pm
